Back off the wagon
Well I've fallen off the emotional wagon again today and am sitting here shaking and weeping. Why? I just can't accept. I'm lonely. I need a hobby. I can't sleep...I can't sleep....I can't sleep. Think that is the biggest part...the sleep. It takes a major toll on you after months and months of not getting any. I would love to go out and just hang out with someone for the day and enjoy some company. If anyone is in the DE region and would like to meet a new friend for coffee, lunch, dinner, etc...let me know.

Definitely...find something you enjoy doing and maybe try this, just for a day or two. Try setting aside a certain amount of time each day to \"be sad\" and let yourself cry, be pissed, whatever to deal with what you are feeling. Then at the end of that time, move on to doing housework, hobby, whatever, but when you limit that time you have to be sad, you kind of force yourself eventually to feel less and less sad about it as the days go on. I used to try to restrict myself to 30 minutes of \"Sad\" time then eventually got to where it only hits me on rare occasions now and not every day.
Sorry I am not in the DE area or I would gladly take you up on your offer.
