Back Into The Lions Den

My mother through a loop today. For the past few days i have been very quiet which happens with me from time to time. Funny how a mother knows when there is something wrong with there child. She asked me is there something your not telling me? With a few beep breaths i took i softly said to her ( yes. ) I'm so scared right now my chest is tight and like a pair of hands griping my throat like i can't breathe.
