Back in the Saddle again!
I'm back again! I am trying to blog every day so I can track my moods better. I am losing weight again, and down a pound and a half for the year (I started at 235.5, I got up to 239, low as 233, but I'm 234 now) I rode my pedal bike for almost 20 minutes and I feel great! I'm doing well on my meds. I'm on 80 mg Latuda, 800 mg Neurontin twice a day, 40 mg Prozac and 300 mg Trazadone. I have been sleeping very little (the worst was Thursday... I got less than 2 hours of sleep in 24 hours) and I have been pretty stable. I was a little manic, but that's about it. My main problems right now are my IBS and migraines. I was really sick last week and was connected to the toilet for days. I ended up in the ER because I didn't have my IBS meds with me (I was in LA) and I was throwing up black. They gave me a bunch of meds and for the most part I'm doing better. I'm just glad that I am back home and feeling better. I was sick for my mom's funeral, but I did go and saw a bunch of my family that I haven't seen in over a decade. I felt so loved in LA, and I am going to move back there before November. Whether Geo comes with me or not is still to be seen. We are going to couples therapy starting on March 1st and we will see how things go then. If we can't work things out then I'm leaving in June and will give him rent money and bills so that he has a place to live until he can move to Oregon. I still care about him, but neither one of us is in love with the other. Just drama. I hope to work things out, but I don't think it's going to happen. My brother was telling me I have to go into counseling with an open mind, but it's just really hard. Despite everything I'm going through I am still pretty stable.

Hugs, my friend. You sound so much better. I am happy that you are going to couple therapy. But remember that you cannot carry the whole load. He has to step up too. You have to put number one first and that is you
I know he has to step up... The only reason I am giving him a chance is because he agreed to do couples therapy. If he stops or refuses to change, I have an exit strategy. He really needs to work on his anger and I need to learn to not say things I don't mean. I am willing to change... I just need to see him being willing to change as well.
