Bach Home Alone

Well, my sister and I got back from our trip to California.  It was great seeing all my friends at conference, my niece and her family.  Yet, there was the obvious and hurtful absence of my dear husband.  I got through it, laughed, talked and had a good time.
Coming home was hard.  Bringing in all the traveling equipment, suitcases, etc. by myself made me very tearful.  The house was empty, and cold. My heart just about broke!  I collapsed in a chair and let myself feel the pain.  I just couldn't ignore it.  I needed to face it, go through it so that next time it might not be as difficult.
It is still so, so hard (many times) accepting my wonderful husband is gone.  When will that stop?
Working at reviving my life . . .
