babysitting.........

i babysat tonight....and it went awful!!!!!!!!!!!! i was supposed to be there from 2-5, but i didn't.....the mom asked if it would be okay if she went out with her husband after....i said sure....it was spur of the moment and then two year old was taking a nap so he never knew that i was making dinner and stuff.....the mom didn't know what i was supposed to give them for dinner AND the mom told me that i wasn't putting them to bed, then told me that i was.....the two year old kept crying and throwing tantrums and screaming for mom and dad and told me to go home etc. etc.....i texted the mom throughout the night and she ended up coming home early....she told me that the texts hinder her from enjoying herself....she didn't say "your texts" or use the word "you" but she totally implied it.......i felt awful....i got in the car and burst into tears....i called my mom when i got home and we talked for 45 minutes....it was a nice pep talk because she helped me realize that it wasn't my fault and that i wasn't doing anything wrong...
