Baby It's Cold Outside...

I did luck out in that I was off today.They predicted snow for us, then was to turn to freezing rain. It wound up stopping awhile back...I would say we may have gotten 4 inches total. I looked out the back door and was trying to decide if I wanted to venture out tonight to make a path and dig out the back of the car or wait til morning. Much to my surprise, the back of thecar looks cleared as well as a path leading all the way to the  back door and deck.

We are truly blessed to have very kind neighbors.  Their son still lives at home and is such a kind considerate young man. Often when he sees me out there, he will come and take over.He and his parents and another couple wholive on the other side of our drive are very thoughtful and we would be so lost without them.  Thank God there are still many who bide by the golden rule... Do unto others...
