Baby Bird Eggs in the Fallen Tree

Today I am so missing my son Kenny...Bad weather hitting the area where his family is living...Pray that all will be protected.
Today, after the ice storm we had in 09, only one tree in the yard and only about 1/2 of the tree, but it looked good from the street so I would not let it be cut down...Today the high winds and rain came and we looked out the door and my only trees laying on it side with it's beautiful purple blooms....hubby was starting to cut it down and in the middle there is a bird nest with 3 little eggs.  So I said...no cutting down the rest of the tree now....little birds need life...so mommy came back sitting on her babies and daddy is watching from our roof.....good luck little birds.
Today we get a letter in the mail from IRS....our CPA made a mistake on our 09 taxes and now we owe $4500.00  always something coming up.....then I am sure the state will send us a revised bill too....so more money.

So far our front yard has mommy bird and poppy bird watching their nest..mommy is sitting on the nest...the tree was pulled all the way up from the trunk....so we will just have to have a broken tree in our yard till the birdies hatch...

I have days when I think of Christina more often and miss her so much. Some days are worse than others. I don\'t think that ever goes away, just becomes less frequent.

Sandi, only a mom would feel such tenderness. Amazing that the nest landed safely... the least we can do is allow the babies to be hatched and launched into the world.
Much tender love to you tonight, and thanks for all your TLC to me too.

Sandi, so much devestation with all the storms. I\'m glad to see your OK. Sorry about the IRS. I agree your CPA should come up with an explanation.

The problem that happened with the IRS is our CPA put on the line that should have been the taxes we paid for our motor home he put the amount of the cost of the motor home....so with that needing to be reversed is why we have to pay and also they say that the Railroad turned in $720.00 that we didn\'t receive, so my husband will call them Monday and see...so much went on in 2009....just more...but it will work out....
