baby'bird'
today i fell at least it was on carpet but was sprawled out hoping nothing would land on me or maybe get hit with something. i will be hurting for a few days dealing with it, but more importantly my bird "BABY" lost her balanced fell about 4 feet from my shoulders hitting her concrete i thought she had broke a wing and broke a foot.. the vet said that it wasn't broken but sent her home with some meds so she is really good now and we will continue to take her walks together.I'm trying to help her we cuddled for days and that has brought on hours together.i went to the dentist yesterday and had a cavity which turned into 3 crowns and a root canal. so i am done wit teeth for awhile. i am babysitting up to 3 kids 7 nights a week but i love them.

Wow, why are you falling? Is there anything that you can do to avoid this better. I fall as well because of my vertigo. I hated my last fall when I was leaving the hospital for my follow up appointment. Almost fell and additional 20 feet to the pavement below! I held on really tight! I stayed up high. So, hang in there. I am glad that the bird it OK. Hugs. Neesie
