Awaiting the Next Wave

Of course Hubs backed out of coming. Don't think I care to sort those gory details this vague, other world morning, but. . . "About him or without him" is summary enough for this romp through the chaos. Just as well. I have enough to sort here in clan central without his work-a-holic take overs. Meanwhile, SO is supposed to be flying in today and I still don't have hard facts I can schedule by. YS and his family are rumored to be flying in but I have even fewer facts available from him. Should I be hunting down car seats for the grandchildren (1 and 3)? Making room reservations? Hanging myself from an interstate bridge? Sigh. More business as usual, all the way to the proof that speaking the same language is no gaurantee of communication. Letting God lead the dance.

Most beloved Sis and I finished her kitchen yesterday. I love the sleep I get to enjoy after a day of well-invested physical labor, as well of the pointed simplicity of being able to point and say, "That's what I did today. Ain't it purty?" As of bedtime last night she was hoping I had enough project energy to keep the flow going to a fresh start in another of the rooms of her over-crowded house.
