this is what i was looking for in yahoo, when i ran across the article on the parents who beat their 3 year old son for ONE HOUR STRAIGHT and finally to his death, i posted it on 79lbs journal. then i ran into the article on hero's traits. i needed to read that to feel better, so i posted that here.
i found a photo of sela ward from the show sisters when it first came out. i figured, i can cut out her head from the photo of the four of them and use it as an avatar, since that is who i once resembled, except she is way taller than me. (won't say who now, i'm not sure what i look like now. lol. don't look in the mirror much, though if i would, i would probably lose weight just from the constant reminder).
i priced a fitbit zip today, finally, at target on line. they are $59 dollars and there have rave reviews about them. that may help.
feeling a bit better now than earlier today. i was out until 3 a.m. last night, for no real reason. i keep running into people when out and about. fed animals at br's for him. talked to mike again about what we are fixing when and tna's situation west of here with her strays. i was in a snippy mood all day, because i felt like a cold was coming and my back hurts because i lifted 22 pounds, and i can't do that anymore without pain.
ran into the animal guy who also feeds strays and can easily qualify for both a reverse mortgage and an fha. he and his wife. or one of k's owner finance houses, if k starts doing owner finance, though i wanted to talk to bda2 about that. and same as the first time we tried to do mortgage stuff for bda2, iris was there and getting in the way. its pure jealousy when she does that. stunning that iris interferes like that around bda2 because bda2 is iris's BOSS at work, but they work for a large company, so maybe it doesn't matter and she knows bda2 has been ill from her car accident so even more evil to be bullying her. shocking actually, have you no shame? iris is a bully - besides the lying all the time thing of her's. nowadays, if bda2 needs help, i know them long enough to just plough passed iris. 8 years ago when all this was going on originally, it never even occurred to me that iris was lying, and purposely trying to ruin bda2's loan, which is what she did. wth? bda lost her house because of it. back then i thought iris did what she did out of ignorance. now i know better, its pure, evil jealousy. and her attitude is: so, bda2 lost her house. so what. iris doesn't have a house, she lives off of her daughter. so iris thinks, why should ANYONE else have a house. what a petty, evil, bitch. but boy, is she smooth and you forget the rest of what she so smoothly does. all smiles and compliments while she hides a dagger behind her back. grrrrr.
dyed my hair, that is always a mood lifter and did the nipper thing on the toe cuticles while i waited for the hair dye to take. i really need a mani/pedi proper if i can find the time for it.
called rn and she says the salt and warm water solution on the kitten's eyes took care of it without the teramycin eye ointment. i think she knows i feel awkward talking to her, now that she told me her mother is bipolar with murderous tendencies, so now i look at rn and i wonder. her mother isn't around, her sister is around by telephone only. i also have a feeling she told me this stuff before. i do this a LOT out of sight out of mind, but i know a lot of that is head injury and maybe old age. just plain forget. or i'll catch myself repeating the same stories and i think afterward, you poor thing, having to listen to that again. lol.

I\'m sorry you have problems with your friend\'s mom. That would scare the crap out of me too. I hope your kitten gets better soon and can find a loving home. *hugs*
i\'m not. lol. my friend told me about it, probably because that is an issue people who commit crime (even murder) against their own family or someone else and instead of going to prison, they are given different meds. her mother also lost custody of her children. i thought her mother was suicidal, she is, but she also tried to murder my friend\'s sister. very scary. best to stay away from people like that (her included).
