GALALI Aoyama’s specialties are matured hot sake and natural salt having more than 30 collections. Fishing boat flags, lanterns, wooden stools, and old posters decorated in Isomaru Suisn give you a feeling as if you visited old fishing port. At Uzu, enjoy our select Japanese vegetables and high-quality ingredients meant to display the gifts of nature, farmers, and fishermen across Japan. Kabayaki, where experienced professionals slice open and broil the eels, is prepared according to the Kanto-style which adds a "steaming" process. The eels turn soft and fluffy, finished with light sauce, which taste great with rice. Our okomoniyaki, topped with hot-spring soft-boiled egg, and long onion, is our bestseller.

This is an eel brand carefully and slowly raised in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, using the pure water of Oi River whose water comes from South Alps. The fastidiousness with which our owner/chef prepares their Tonkatsu (deep-fried pork) keeps even the most choosey locals coming back for more. The bread-crumb batter of our Tonkatsu is exceptionally crispy, and its meaty core is especially juicy. Our large Ebifurai (deep-fried shrimp) are also very popular.
This place serves a good selection of fresh seafood dishes including hamayaki and wide variety of izakaya food at affordable prices. You can enjoy nice Japanese sake from several areas, too. Banya Yoichi in Ueno is a hamayaki izakaya run by a sushi restaurant chain. Located nearby to Ame-Yoko, this lively restaurant offers a good value for money with a real downtown atmosphere.
