Another month is coming to an end as I always look into the past to see what I have accomplished and what I still need to work on. For what I have accomplished this month is kind of exciting. The court hearing went well giving me the date of October 3 to officially giving me the rights to use Danielle Nicole Nuscis, I was so thrilled but I had to make the final run in the newspaper affidavit of the final judgment. No one contested it , I was surprised because I had a gut feeling that Merle would find out as she normally finds out. But I was glad that it went smoothly. I still have away to go to complete the paperwork , like mailing the affidavits out to the department of treasury and the state of Pa. to change the name and marker on my new birth certificate. For which is going to cost me another $100 to just get the copies alone. On Monday I have to the court to figure out how to get the hard copy of the final judgement order and the payment. So I may send out the copies for Pa. and the Motor vehicles  to get a new DL showing my new name and gender.

As for the expungement I still have not received a call from the attorney that is currently assigned to me case or from the legal aid  department. They also never returned any of my calls either.

My next paycheck this coming Friday will be the last payment needed to pay off my insurance to keep it going. I was glad the Josie was able to help me by reducing the one payment during a pay period, the remaining balance will pay it off.

With the name change going on and being out a week from work I had to use my credit card to help pay for my name change trying to keep it below $100, this pay I should have enough to balance out the month of July and August to keep from paying an interest fee so far I have been good keeping the balance at zero during the end of the month cycle. I didn’t want to use it but I had no choice in the mater.

As for my health it is kind of depressing, my PCP requested blood work and the results were not too good,

My cholesterol levels were in there opinion was high but looking at my previous testing it went down from 150 to 102 but they recommend nothing over 100 so I am 2 points over but I am going to try to get down some more probably cutting down on my eating habits a little more.

 my total levels for my Cholesterol was within normal limits.

My other concern is why my MCV is elevated only by .5 I guess I am going to ask the doctor when I see her. From what I have read on line it is a lack of vitamin B-12 and dehydration

But my occult blood reading where up just as the previous test results showing a test of a trace. But over all I do not think it is bad a trace here or there I just hope it wont interrupt my bottom surgery,

And speaking about surgery I received in the mail my confirmation to get the surgery done and I am so happy , now I hope to get it done before the end the year.

But all in all I am happy for the job that I have and I work hard at it every day.

But on the home front nothing has changed I have text Vanne and Robert with no response back, I am tempting to text Katlin to see if see will respond back but I do not know.

But I am looking forward to my surgery , but I do know that when I under go I will not have anyone around me I will be alone which is going to be heart breaking. But I am going to survive

And I am going to keep pressing on with my credit

As I was turned down from getting a car but if all else fails in the mean time I am going to save a little to get a car some time down the road, I am tired of using NJ transit. Well as always any new news comes around it will be typed. For now it is time to say goodbye to August .
