August 27, 2010 Cousins dog died!
I have been journaling quite a bit lately. There has been a lot going on. I was on facebook alittle while ago and saw my cousins daughters posting "getting a new puppy tomorrow!" I chimed in and said "another dog, what about snowball". She said back, "I don't want to say anything, check my moms facebook page". I then went on Donna's facebook and noticed that she posted that her 5 year old husky dog snowball died unexpectedly. Apparently, the dog died this morning. She was running and playing with the girls and all of the sudden, she just pooped out and died right there in front of them. Totally shocked. This is the 3rd animal to die in 3 months. Deb's cat died 2 months ago, of of the girls down the hall at work - her dog died late last week and now snowball. I tell you -- I cannot wait until 2010 is overwith. I want it over this week. I will be counting the days. 1st my cancer and PKD diagnosis, then uncle dicks heart attack, now donna's dog's death. This is getting so ridiculous. All this sickness I have been hearing from people its becoming an epidemic. Mom is getting a knee replacement on Sept 21. Thats a good thing because then she will be able to walk better than she has been, without pain. I told her she should fake hurting and not be a martar like my uncle doc (he did so well that they sent him home without rehab). Mom should get at least 2 days in the rehab facility. I will be praying that nothing goes wrong with her. Thats one person I would hate to have something go wrong to. Even though she has rheumatoid arthritis, I take pride that my mother is is somewhat reasonable health at 68 (the same with my father). I hope it gets better in the coming months. It just as to be.
