I want to talk about something a little off the track:  ADL's (Activities of Daily Living). These are the things we do on a regular basis to take care of ourselves:  Eat,Sleep, dress, and groom ourselves.  These are all things I have had problems doing on a regular basis due to my bipolar disorder.  Why?  I guess because I get so caught up in distractions, I don't know how to prioritize it.  It's a common problem with us bipolars.
I have a hard time getting up in the morning.  I have a hard time deciding to go to bed at night.  I have an especially hard time deciding to eat, as I have no reflex for hunger and I also have a desire to lose weight.  Deciding to bathe isn't as bad as it used to be though.  Neither is dressing.
What I have decided to do is to put myself on a schedule.  I will get up, eat, and sleep on a schedule.  Other things in my life have a natural schedule, and I find them much easier to do.  I plan to have my schedule made by Friday, and plan to implement it by Monday.  That gives me time to prepare.
In the meantime I will practice and get ready, move things around in my life to where they feel comfortable.  I think this will all make me feel much better.

perhaps making yourself a checkoff list of what to do and even setting timers so you remember to do them

You can also set your FitBit to vibrate when you need to get something done. Just go to the main page and find Silent Alarms. That way you know it\'s time for something. *hugs* I hope this helps.
