at a booksale right now//"nu stock" cream 4 skin on cat//loan closed onto the next//saw e//sunny day

haven't been on here on a weekday in such a long time.  
i'm at a book sale actually haven't done this in a while, its foolish to even be here because i'm donating books during the move.  hoping to get through all of those tonight and drop them off.  keep the best condition ones of favorite authors and donate the rest along with anything i've had for a few years and didn't get to.  i'm a book fiend.  lol. 
 
i treated the cat outside with "nu stock" cream again, it worked on its legs.  you wash it off and use it every three days.  (that will go over big with a cat).  it looks like the cat has the same condition as my neighbor's dog, which is an allergy, so nothing can be done really.  either its an allergy to this season or its to something on someone's lawn.  its also on ivermectin for parasites as its the one that was too thin.   it won't stay indoors and the other one that loves outdoors, gets beat up and STILL won't stay indoors, i has scratches on its nose.  in the winter it will come in, in this weather, it refuses.  lol.  i also have a vetro liquid/spray for injury that could work on both of them.        
we called the pound for rn's kittens, and they are swamped in there.  no call back yet and we have never let them adopt out for us before.  this time she is concerned because adoptions are slow.  her's are thin also, so need deworming.  they were the ones that they gave shots to at five weeks and one almost died.  the girl said she thought they were six weeks.  hmmmm.  we aren't a kennel so why the urgency with shots?  eight weeks is early enough and on our own, how about 12 - 16 weeks, that is what the natural cat book says to do.  gauge the shots by the WEIGHT of the animal not the "age".   saw e right after that and he is in a super mood because the house closed.  he says he has a canadiene guy that finances with 20 percent down at 12 percent with a 2 year balloon and 4 points and the man has closed about 44 loans for him in the passed couple of years, so he is legit.  a lot of privte money is all hot air and never gets done at all.  grrrr.  even the banks need extensions of time all the time.  they are allll broke.    the canadiene doesn't check anything, employment or credit.  frank does his at 12 as well, private money, but no money down.  the women with private funds, do their's at 7 one if she buys the house first and other she just does them.  one with a ten year balloon and one with no balloon because she lives off of the 7 percent interest and doesn't want her clients refinancing anywhere else (very smart).   financing is always weird even with banks.    our good private lender is NORMAL, pulls credit and does everyone with a 660 score and full backround check (which means 2 years employment in some field and qualifying just like with a bank).  i'm not sure he really checks though, i think he uses the score alone because he sells alllll of his loans to banks or investors within a few months of closing, so he really doesn't care about checking much of anything - its just a way to close it and get his commission.  he does his loans at 5 or 6 percent, which is within range of a bank (banks are going around 4 (if it closes, big if).    e said the same thing that i said, i see no change, the market has not improved and many areas south of here are CHEAPER now than they were a year ago.  not good.  but he is happy with it.  lol.  d's loan new home is next.  and c's mother needs to be done too -- refi or modification.  have to remember to tell mr to do one on her's at 50 percent of value, because she doesn't have a mortgage but needs cash.  i keep forgetting which program will work for her.  or should.  i don't even know her score though scores are worthless nowadays anyway.  what is a score.  really.      
so i am meeting up with people today, in crappy clothes, smelling of menthol linament from my car accident injuries and "nu stock" animal cream which doesn't go away no matter what you wash it with.  don't mean to horrify anyone but there is nothing i can do about it.  wonder if coconut would cover it.  maybe someone should manufacture coconut nu stock and coconut menthol linament.
