Assessment
The doctor at the clinic phoned us today as promised and my Mum explained the situation. He sounded very nice.At their clinic they offer outpatient care which is usually on a weekly basis. People who are sent to their main hospital in London usually have a BMI of under 15. He told us he would arrange for an assessment to be done there for us and take it from there. He said someone would call us with an appointment time... 5 minutes later we have an appointment for 3:00pm this afternoon! So first impressions are very good!It's just going to be a physical assessment and to see what my options will be afterwards. I'm so pleased that things are moving finally!I'll update later on what happened in the appointment.

I am sure you will feel assured once your care is managed, this BMI ruling is common, however it is not exclusively correct, it aldepends on your starting point, body frame and culture, age height etc, I think you will get tier 4 care offered and at your current weight you are limiting your options so please try and up your intake by 250 cals a day to slow down the loss.
