I'm getting a lot of anxiety now that I saw something. I thought condoms came in one size. I looked at the box and it says it needs to be snug when it's on. The ones I got isn't snug but it's like a cover if that makes sense. Idk if I got the right size or not. Is my penis small? I need help.

You need to get a smaller size. If it doesn't fit snug when you have an erection then you could end up with an unwanted pregnancy.
It needs to be skin tight. There's many different sizes and if you know how the ones you got fit, you can Google the size and Google what products are larger and smaller depending on what you need.
