Asked if I could go see a doctor
So, Dad left as soon as I went in there to ask so I told Erica what was going on and all she said was "You have the flu, take some medicine but I don't know what kind you need to take". Wtf I have never been in so much pain from having the "flu"
I hate this so much. I have been cry because it hurts so bad. And over the counter meds arent working.

Hate to say this but Erica sounds like a moron. If you need looked at then you need to go in.
I agree with you. She is a moron and she is selfish. About a month ago she went to the doctor's office cause she hurt her toe. Wtf so my cant I go.

Apart from your dad and stepmom, who else could drive you to the doctor? Relatives, friends? It is clear that your parents aren't taking you seriously.
If the pain is severe and you have no other options, please call 911.
I don't have anyone that could take me to a doctor and I have no way of calling 911.
I usually take advil for any pain I have. At your age tho I'm not sure if that is the best thing. Maybe call your Dr and see what they say.

Why can't you call 911? If your parents are leaving you alone to care for young children, it is critical that you have a way to call 911 in an emergency.
I pray you are feeling better. It sounds like you need a doctor. I hope you can get to one.
My older siblings have their phones but they have limits on their phones.
