This studio is next to the St Vincent de Paul store, on the opposite side of Old Northern Road from our adults studio at 14A Old Northern Rd. Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access at our studios, but we are happy to cater for these sessions anywhere. Analysis and breakdown of individual facial proportions will be an integral part of the class.
Christine travelled extensively and taught art in schools for more than ten years in Germany and the UAE, before taking up residence and teaching in Queensland and is now enjoying living in Sydney. The combined challenges of reduced consumer spending and rising costs have made it financially unsustainable, despite the resilience and dedication of everyone involved. This experience would also be a fun gift for her, gift for mum or gift for couples.

An email with reference images for the class will be sent prior to the start date. This course takes you through how to create pretty flowers with some simple strokes of your pen and a brush.
I will guide you through a series of short drawing/painting experimental exercises, and we’ll finish with a longer painting task combining all techniques. The point is not to come out of the workshop with one masterpiece, but rather explore and liberate the gesture to tackle painting in a different way.
