I run a post service on my site, and I am seeing an ever-increasing amount of articles being published, only for the backlink given in the Resource Box. This is probably due to the growing number of PLR articles and material that's becoming available.

Today, there is certainly not something wrong with this, I just believe that writers who are doing this are missing out on potential traffic and/or customers. Such resource boxes is only going to gain their site ratings in incoming links that are valued by any search engine.

Is this a bad thing? No. Where they're losing out can be as follows.

Much of the traffic to my post listing comes from search engines, by people trying to find information on a certain topic. Dig up further on this partner article directory by visiting linklicious alternative. Today, this user types within their key-words, clicks on the search box, and is given a listing of relevant sites. They chose one, and are taken up to the author's article. They browse the article about, say, snowboarding, believe 'This is interesting' and go to the author's resource field at the end of the article to see what else they have to say on this subject. There, they locate a link to some site promotion cellular ringtones. May be the reader likely to be impressed, or interested in this? Not very likely. They want to check out snowboarding, not personalize their phone. I really believe one of three things can happen then:

The reader leaves the complete site in disgust. Be taught further on the affiliated web resource by visiting internet backlinksindexer.com.

The reader clicks on a link to a related report.

The viewer clicks on the related Google Ad-sense (or similar contextual advertising) offer.

They do not click the author's source link. That is a potential customer lost, very probably permanently.

Yes, put a link in to your site in the source box, but many article directories let many links, therefore for goodness sake put a link in that' ;s related to the article subject too, and ultimately put it in first, before you lose the customer.

'But my site does not have such a thing related to that subject about it'!

You can add something which does. Include a report service, and have the reference field saying 'To learn more articles on this subject, go here.' Add a web directory, and have the writing say 'To view links to sites on this subject, click the link.' Or simply visit Click-bank, try to find related projects, and have a link to them, using the link saying something like 'If you prefer to learn more on this issue, purchase this item.' Ideally, not just a direct url to the product, but a cloaked or redirected one.

By doing this, you still get that url to your site that you were after originally, but, additionally, you have the chance to earn money from your audience in a new way. A win-win situation. Plus, you do not seem like someone simply submitting acquired material on any matter merely for the benefit of the backlink it will give you.
