Beginning with industry-focused and practice-oriented material, students will develop towards a more critical understanding of their industry and the works that it produces. Students will gain language and concepts that will permit them to analyse and critique work in meaningful ways and to articulate their discoveries. This unit also requires on and off-campus participation in contemporary exhibitions, screenings and events. This course will give you a fundamental understanding of the processes involved in staging a play, such as working as an ensemble, script... The teacher was great, available, easy to understand, very supportive. The venue was rudimentary but honestly it was fine, didn't need anything and it's expected since it's an art workshop. At the end of this course, you will go home with the knowledge and skills you need to create more amazing and unique art pieces for yourself, to give as gifts or even sell in your own business. In this workshop, we will work on a 50cm round canvas piece that will look stunning on your walls.
