We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to explore their creativity, and we are committed to making our NDIS art workshops as accessible as possible.
This class is for students currently producing works of a high observational standard to develop further skills by working with a live sitter. Drawing Workshops – Tone and shading techniques are explored, as well as pattern and line. Kids will learn to use charcoal and grey leads, sharpies and textas to create their own awesome artworks! Artists like Paul Cezanne, David Hockney, Dale Frank are examples of our influences and inspiration. The Scratch Intermediate course consists of four levels (10 lessons per level) and 20 sophisticated software projects, which students develop using block-based coding in Scratch. Students create their own versions of Geometry Dash, Pacman, Space Invaders, Asteroids, code an analogue clock, quiz games and interactive drawing apps.
There will also be the opportunity throughout the year to work on specific projects with practicing artists. Some of the projects may be working towards exhibitions, to sell your work or working on your own personal project such as a ceramics sculpture or print series. People will have the opportunity to try new art mediums and develop their existing creative skills. This class is for those people who identify as artists or who want to work on specific art projects in a creative and social environment. Finally, we are passionate about the transformative power of art.

We understand that sometimes children may need to miss a class in our kids art programs due to illness or other commitments. While we always do our best to help, please note that due to high demand and limited studio capacity, our policy is that we do not guarantee a make-up class will be available. By studying these artists, students will learn to infuse their own artworks with creativity, humor, and emotional depth. Our son has been attending every holiday workshop and has found their creative teaching style so engaging!
