pissssssed off!!! the computer (laptop) i have has been in the shop at least 3 more likely 4 and they only admit it has been in twice and it takes 4 to junk it!!! i paid for a 3 year warranty and now the cd/dvd burner sticks and they just replaced it. i had to shut it off to have it eject the disc i burned. so back to the shop it goes!!! i won't be online for a while but i will give an update when i am back. i am sending in my brother (knows legal stuff really good) to bite them in the butt. so long for now hope to be back or borrow a computer before i go nuts!!!
