April 22, 2011 - update from yesterday's group run

Hi Everyone,
Thought I would never get a moment alone here at work.  Looks like I will be bringing work along with me over the weekend.  Diane and Jen wouldn't like it too much but sometimes it happens.  Hopefully the cat will let me do this.  I have a meeting with Diane about the overlaps and thoughts on tuesday.  Im off on Monday.
Yesterday turned out to be a very cold day running.  I did ok.  I actually was able to run that 1st hill to the top and then had to walk abit.  Then I walked/ran off and on throughout the 1.5 mile route.  I got up the 2nd hill by running/walking a little bit at a time.  One of the trainers, Kelly ran me into the finishline cone. The ending was a downhill road.  My mind wasn't on the running - hopefully next week it will be nicer.  Its suppose to be around 70 on Wed.  Not sure what Thursday will bring.
Anyways, everyone have a wonderful rest of good friday - whats left of it.  I am leaving in about 10 minutes.  Its roughly 3:10pm right now.  Gotta pack up the school requests so I can get that master grid together for the meeting.  What can you do!  As long as I don't make it a habit - then it should be ok.  I sent the blank grid to my hotmail.com address so I can work on it. 
I'll check in tomorrow after my treadmill workout (its suppose to be crappy outside - I do have a 2.1 mile route laid out for the outside.  If the weather looks good tomorrow, I might just do that instead.  Will see....)
