Well, we hunkered down and came through the storms last night without too much damage. This year we seem to be getting hit with one severe storm front after another.
Weather permitting, we plan to go out to dinner tonight. It should be nice, we like the Pasta House a lot.
I have dropped a bit of weight and I'm getting in my walks. I have also been feeling pretty well, sooo, knock on wood, I'm doing OK.

Tom....do you remain okay? More storms since you wrote this. Just thinking of you and your family is all. Hope you are okay. Please update! Watching the TV and those tornadoes really destroyed many homes, etc.
