Appointments and loss

I had pulmonologist today, all is good - when I went to follow up with surgeon on the 17th, I lost 2.5 since surgery date and today it looks like I lost 3.5 since surgeon follow up - this makes me happy, my rings are spinning and a couple shirts that are made to be form fitting are fitting nicely
 
Went running around to the stores today to get stuff - Sam's club, Aldi's & Wal mart, so I got some exercise in
