Any Triggers, Today?
Hello World,
Today is going okay. So far nothing bad is happening. I took my meds and ate breakfast. I also slept well for someone who stayed awake until almost 22:30 [11:30 PM] watching, "Bird Box". I watched two episodes of a show, wrote a bit, and came here to visit. I'll report any changes later.

I forgot to add,that I scheduled an appointment to visit with my Behavioral Therapist/Nurse Practitioner this Wednesday but if the snow creates a driving issue, I'll reschedule for later this week or next.
