any advice on teens and custody?

My kid wants to move out, and hasn't been home in over two weeks yet won't move his stuff out to his dads, or have himself or his dad draw up new custody papers or child support orders. I contacted a pro bono lawyer today and looking forward to seeing if this lawyer will contact me back about setting up a new child support order to make sure I pay what I need to for my husband so he can receive the proper amount to help support our child, and to make sure that legally my child is  no longer my responsibility as primary custodial parent.
My kid and my husband want to never have my kid come home, yet he still is my legal responsibility and he can keep his life and belongings at my residence.
 
My husband rips me off, he has hacked in to my account and stolen my identify before, so I don't trust him as far as I can throw him. If he wants to have my child live with him I want it to be legal, documented, and appropriate morally and legally. My husband and kid act like I am being a bitch for wanting this. I have no clue why?
