I get anxious about going to the store. .what I do is nothing. I have to live through it so I will. My ankles. knees and arms tingle alot especially when I drive in the city..familiar places hurt too..not much doesn't anymore..I think I am the one who died and now I have to pay my dues again...so till I can feel more secure about this new place I am now stuck in I will be very careful. ...too.Sending you warm wishes and healing vibes..
