Actually, other things are giving me anxiety instead of MS.  I think that would be a step in the right direction.  I do wish I could walk normally, I think that exercise will help with that.  The process of getting strength in the muscles is such a long process, but slow and steady wins the race.  I have to tell myself that often, but that is how many things work in my life right now.
Really, there is nothing new to report.  That might not be a bad thing.  When nothing is wrong, than everything must be alright.



You are doing the best thing for yourself and exercise takes a lot of preperation and patients, especially with MS. You can help yourself, I know you can, I have confidence in you and I know you will do a great job.
