Anxiety
so a friend of mine is having a party for his birthday in 2 weeks and wants me to go. I went to school with some of these people that are going to the party but they never talked to me. so I don't know if I want to go to this party because of my social anxiety but he really wants me to go. I don't know what to do. I wish I wasn't so tied down by this anxiety. I don't know what to do

Beth you know I love you with all my heart and always will! And I think you should go because you don\'t wanna let those people ruin it for you having a good time and seeing your friend, who knows you might all have fun you might you might not but it sounds to me like it\'s worth it as long as you don\'t drink or anything like that :P
