So I am sitting here crying.  In my wisdom, I decided to google Lisa.  She is there, along with a letter from a lady who knew her and was having the surgery in Utica.  She had no faith in the hospital in Ottawa.  It just makes me sick.
Also, there is a blog by Andrew telling the story of the time Lisa stalked a slum landlord until she got his damage deposit back.
All this is just reminding me how much we have lost.
Anyway, if anyone wants to read it, just google Lisa Ehrenholz.
Lisa:  I miss you so much it hurts.  But I will be able to hug your pride and joy on Monday.  I miss you always and love you forever.

I am sorry you hurt, but I totally understand your need to search her out. Sometimes we just need to see something somewhat tangible. Sending love and hugs your way.

I read your son\'s article. Touching. I cannot stand ads for heart problems, since my son died and should have been seeing a cardiologist. The pain reappears so unexpectingly. A stab in our hearts. Dear Soth, I am so sorry for the loss of this loving, intelligent, brave young woman. We have all lost her. Love, Abby

Lisa was here and IS here and I believe that is what these moments feel like for me.

Walking beside you as you prepare on all levels and know that you are Lisa\'s voice and messenger as she would not be standing for anything unjust.

Love to you dear Marlene and the courage that you need just for today.

Just returned from reading about Lisa and reading Andrew\'s page about her...WOW. No words describe or explanations \"fix\" the tragedy that we have all experienced in same, yet different ways by losing our child(ren). Lisa sounds like just a lovely lady and I miss her with you. Love and hugs...Lynn

I read a bit of Andrew\'s blog yesterday... What a craft he has for writing and I hope he will continue as I thought I saw where his last entry was in 2012? I\'m sure he is off and involved in many creative endeavors.

The one entry that I found myself pausing over was the one where he was a bit \"miffed\" with the woman in the Quiet Room of the hospital, yet when finding out her story how that knowledge took him to a place of deep understanding and gratitude for his family and friends as all she had was that \"Quiet Room.\"

Thinking of you and sending all that I have for you as you prepare on all levels and do what you must next week.

Feel all of our broad shoulders standing beside you dearest Marlene and I will continue to read to learn more about Lisa and your amazing family.

Andrew, so very worried about his mum, yet seeing you do for Lisa what you did for countless others in her last days... Just brought a tear as I thought of you swabbing her mouth and caring for her so lovingly.

With love dear friend and sending you my support and care,
XO Joanie

Oh Marlene...I am so very sorry that you must endure this...always remember that we are here for you. You know...I knew it was a result of complications in surgery...but I did not know it was associated with gastric bypass. Love to you sweet friend...Karen
