Another Wedding This Evening
Just want to get it over with. I'll try to share in these other people's happiness, and remain alone. I have to be friendly but not flirtatious...retain a certain "professional" distance...when, in reality, if I find a bridesmaid cute and sexy I'd like to jump on her right there. Well, if SHE, whoever SHE may be, happens to slip me HER phone #, then it's on, another day, of course.
I have to remain relaxed, because being nervous and uptight is the kiss of death. I'm the master videographer. I'm in control of the situation. I'll use whatever happens as a happy accident that I planned for all along. Worse comes to worse, I can fix it in post. Completely letting go of any notion of perfectionism in my videomaking craft at a wedding (I'm not directing Gone With the Wind II here), because weddings are so fucked up, rushed and disorganized...difficult to capture anything of quality, but I'll seize those magical moments when they occur.

How did it go?
I think it went great! Mailed off the DVD copies yesterday! When the bride mails me the remaining balance check, I\'ll be REALLY happy (she was a bit of a nut).
