Another tough week

Well today was to be our last trial date. But due to her azzhat atty he filed an emergency hearing after the trial deposition last week,  of the atty that drew up our pre nup. The atty sited atty/client priv. So her atty walked out of the depo last week. So the judge at the hearing last week ajourned our trial today and told her azzhat atty. to go back and finish the depo. But I already know how that will turn out today. The atty/client priv. is already been involked and the atty will go to jail before he turns over the file. Or he would have a nice law suit against him from me. Her azzhat atty claims its all my fault he can not get anything to prepare for trial. He also claimed at trial that because I no longer have an current atty/client relationship that the privlidge no longer is in effect. WOW if that is true just imagine how this will change history of law. . Well anyway I will be watching the court docket for another emergency hearing for tommorow. Lol 
I never new I HAD so much power over all these people that her atty can not come up with anything from anyone to back up their claims. 
I can not wait until all this bs. is over. 
Now With my plate being full from my divorce and still recovering from the accident, my youngest daughter is filing for divorce tomorrow and promised her I will be there every step of the way.Her and my grandson are moving in with me this weekend. 
Now my plate is overflowing and I am so worn out, but my daughter is my priority now, since mine is almost over. And I need to find a way to stay strong for her period.
