another stupid sudden situation

so imagine a straight line about 25 miles long

point a is the beginning

point b is 10 miles out

c is another 5 miles out and d is another 10

mom suddenly calls and says hey, i need to go to point b from point a.

do you want me to, for no reason, drive to point c where you are and we can go to point d which is exactly

the same store as point b?

i point out how far out of the way that is and how pointless it is and how i need to shower and all that before i go anywhere, plus ive already made it known that i hate sudden (especially arbitrary) decision making.

then she gets upset and decides not to go at all.

so, in summation.  needs to go from point a to point b.  wants to, for no reason, go all the way to point c, pick me up, go to point d, retrieve needed items, back to point c to drop me off and then back to point a.  wasting tons of time and gas in the process and once again putting me in the position of making a split second decision that will either leave me doing something i dont wanna do and feeling bad for it, or not doing something i want to do and feeling bad for it

IM FKN TIRED OF THIS BS

ahhhhhhhhhh

venting.  thank you
