Another sleepless night

I can't live like this anymore. All I want to do is sleep but my chest hurst so bad. It's 1:40 AM, Saturday August 01. It feels like someone crushed or hit my chest and ribs and like someone is squeezing their hands around it. My chest is so cold and when I put my hand on it is hard to breathe. I feel pressure from the front on my chest and then is goes all the way to the back of my chest. I have a Drs'. appointment on August 31 and I do not and I could hold on that long. I wish I could switch bodies with the Drs. if only for a few minutes, so they could see how I feel. I have been gasping for air and coughing a lot. I hate this, I want to exercise but its hard to breathe even if I do 5 minutes of walking.  I have felt like this off and on along with my other symptoms that I posted on July 30, 2009.
