ANOTHER RAMBLE

 
ONGOING.
IT'S BEEN HARD HEAVY WEEK AND IT AIN'T OVER YET,
I  STILL HAVE A SESSION OF YOGA TO DO TOMORROW(FRIDAY).
 
I'VE TESTED MYSELF THIS WEEK AND COME THROUGH OK, EVEN BETTER.
I HAVE THE EXPECTED SORE AND PULLED MUSCLES,
WHICH TOMORROW'S YOGA WILL EASE OUT.
I DO ACHE A FAIR BIT AND I HAVE A STRAINED LEFT KNEE,
WEAR AND TEAR AT AN OLD INJURY SITE.
THIS WAS TO BE EXPECTED.
 
OVERALL I FEEL I HAVE COME THROUGH IT WELL,
I LOVE TESTING MYSELF,
HARD THOUGH IT IS,
AND I WOULDN'T WANT IT ANY OTHER WAY.
 
I HAVE MATCHED AND STOOD UP TO THOSE,
WHO ARE FREE OF THE CONDITION OF WHICH I TRAVEL.
I FEEL GOOD ABOUT THAT, OFF COURSE I DO.   
YOU BET DO.
I'LL REST, RECOVER AND RECHARGE OVER THE WEEKEND.
I'LL SLEEP WELL TONIGHT.
