Another quick blurp before I'm off running today!

So after talking with my financial planner, she told me that she finds it REALLY unusual that I have to sign off on a release before getting my money from the trust, and agreed with me that the way it was worded was VERY suspicious.   Last line said that I released the attorney and my aunt, the trustee, upon receipt of the $700 check ONLY.   So I had it redone!   It now says that I'll release them after I receive the $700 check AND FULL disbursement of the rest.   And sent it off to them.   Now it's up to them whether or not to accept it.... and I didn't bother to tell them I changed it... we'll see if they even read it.   And it's not like they can hold my money - they're required by law to give it within a year, whether or not there's a release.  So stay tuned...
