Another one sentenced
Well my son in law has been sentenced to 12 months for something he didnt do. Gotta love the system. His lawyer (which is the best in town), the pre sentencing investigator and us, his family, were all shocked. Everyone was sure he would get probation. Ghetto mama was permitted to get up and tell her lies while my gentle giant stood humbly and broken and apologized for something he didn't do. He is eligible to apply for early release after 30 days. You bet we will be on that!!!

How is your daughter?
thank you. My daughter is still waiting for her testing for her Crohns. But on a good note she is clean!!! and doing so well emotionally and spiritually. I am very proud of her.
At least he can go for early release thats one good thing i hope he can get it........my love did 4 and a bit years for something he didn\'t do.

my gentle giant son in law was denied judicial release. Now he has to serve the full time for something he didnt do. ugh

I\'m so sorry. Makes no sense. But I guess they just like to fill up the prison\'s no matter if it is all wrong or not. Hopefully he will get the early release.
