Another note ...

Every time I think of something I've not listed I wanna hurry up and make a note of it or I will forget it ! Thats my lovely brain and the fact that it does not work like it use to !
 
  Bladder infections I've had 2 in the past 6 mths and think Ive had more so when I feel like that I treat myself ,lots of yogurt and cranberry ..
I was just told I have a 2mm kidney stone L side didnt know I had so this is new..
 
& today I'm having a horrible DAY ! My right wrist ,My right ankle both feet are like egg shells to walk on and behind both knees a deep ache,I always hurt behind my knees however it's on it's high today and started last night ...
 
  I get so frustrated living in this body sometimes I peak to the point I feel I just can't do it any more !
 God knows I can really use his wisdom today !
