Another Migraine
Have not had one in several days now but last night got a nasty one around 9pm and it woke me up around 2 am again. I had a horrible time getting back to sleep, finally took 2 Benadryl and slept til 10 this morning! back a little sore but that will workout by mid afternoon (I hope). I deleted about 200 friends yesterday and a few by accident... think I have those back now. I am done, if you are still a friend you should be safe. I dropped all my aches and pains support groups and a few that took too much time. Sorry about that! Thanks to all of YOU for being here for me!!!

hope i\'am still a friend, i don\'t really know yet.i know about those headaches, mine have wakened me up at all hours and its impossible to get any sleep and that\'s the one thing you really need. Glad benedryl works for you, i use it sometimes too. big hug , glad headache is gone.
