Another Light at the end of the tunnel
I finally got another court date. this one is on the 30 october. I was excited last time I got one of these but the judge took the day off and my ex's attorney would not allow any kind of visitation. This is such a backward county. People of reasonible intelligence are truely shocked by the prededing events. I have jumped through my hoops and I am ready for my day before the judge. I pray for relief. I also pray this time the light at the end of the tunnel is not a train!!!!!

I am hoping that it goes thru - i know how that county can be sometimes - if not, have you and your atty discussed bringing an amicus atty on or board, or a parenting coordinator (I know both cost money). I know it seems odd, but I still find it strange that throughtout all this that there hasn\'t been at least supervised visitation, either through the S.A.F.E program or parental supervision - that\'s seems odd, i find it strange that you adn the kids weren\'t considered for family counseling, i do understand that if your wife isn\'t agreeing to anything that it all has to go before a Judge and I know how geting courts there can be - too bad you don\'t have the financial backing to truly play hardball - she\'s taking advantage of your financial situation and it\'s only hurting the children. If they ordered you to AA, why not the kids to Ala-teen? something\'s just not passing \"the smell test\" as we say in the business. I know i am sayingeverything you\'ve probably already wondered and we both know the answer - it\'s financing and it\'s true, it takes a lot of money to finance a simple divorce, much less a complicated and custody/visitation one - if you don\'t mind me asking and you want to tell me - -message me the answer to this -but who are the attys in this case? WOW, finally some good news! I\'m so glad to hear it. I know how much you miss your kids and I just know that it will all work out. Now that the court appointed doc has given you a good report, I don\'t see how the judge can refuse! I\'m really proud of you for going through the steps. It\'s a very difficult process, but you\'ve done it! Be proud of yourself!!!!
