Another Letter to Markee

I think Mom & Dad are becoming OCD.  You said, while you were undergoing chemo, that Mom is "losing it".  I think they both are.  They're both in their sixties now and getting older; too much condo communal living and hanging around their old neighbors, gossipping and discussing illness and death has made them scared, ultra-conservative, and obsessed with every little detail.  When Dad bitches about the least little ice cube hanging in the tray for fear of melting on their hardwood floor, I know it's settling in.  (sigh)  Walking on eggshells to hang around our own parents...if this is what getting old is, count me out, but I guess it's going to happen to all of us...take care, bro.
