This afternoon I have had a meltdown again. I guess I was overwhelmed. I went in to the computer room and found out that I forgot about a CT I was scheduled for at 10:30 this morning. I just made that appointment yesterday and I immediately forgot about it. Then I began worrying that I had other dr appointments and didn't know what for or when. Did I pay my medial bills, am I behind in something? My mind was spiraling downward way too fast and then the tears and sobs came. I was a gonner with that. I cried like that off and on for about 2 hours and then seemed to be more stable. Couldn't go to choir practice or make dinner or do anything but I stopped sobbing. Is this all due to AD?

When my sugar gets too low, my body does not get the oxygen to my brain and I do not think or function well. Hypoglycemia is part of AD.But other people forget things too and what is their excuse???Be thankful for the blessing you have eah day. Accentuate the positive. Eliminate the negative.
Well, as of last week I have been diagnosed as a pre-diabetic (not really surprising so I go from here). Another diet to follow and it can sometimes conflict with the low fiber diet I\'m on. Both are important so I will learn to eat wisely. I desperately need to remember to eat breakfast even when my stomach churns at the thought of food. Today I forgot until I got home from dr\'s. Then had a plain bagel dry but heated in micro. Umm good.
