Another Funeral To Do
Tomorrow, I have another funeral to do. He is the father of a lady who attends my church. He committed suicide. He was 52 yrs. old.
I did his dad's funeral a couple of years ago. His dad and I had been friends for years, since back in the late 60's.
This is the 10th funeral I have done so far this year. Funerals are very hard for me but, more so since the death of my son in 2005.
Every time, it brings back memories of that sad time for me. I do these for the family to try and bring comfort to them in their time of sorrow and grief. He had 3 grown daughters. He was a former fireman and the last year, he had a lot of issues and would not take the medications prescribed to him. It's just sad, very sad.

I'm so sorry it is sad but try to remember the families that you bring comfort to at a time like this that's all you can do ... love and hugs relic XX
