Another Funeral to Do.

I received a phone call from a friend of mine, asking me to do her brother-in-laws funeral. Arrangements are being made tomorrow but, they think the visitation will be Tuesday and the funeral will be Wed. I am not sure if I knew this man or not. I was gone from my home town area for 35 years and I lost track of a lot of people. Funerals have not been easy for me since my son was killed in 2005, but I do them in honor and respect of the families involved. Funerals around the holidays are especially hard for families it seems. People think of joy and happiness at these times instead of dealing with loss and sadness. I try to do my best to bring comfort to families during these difficult times.
