Another Friend dies

Thursday, another friend of mine died. He and I ran around together a bit, years ago.  When I was in a Country Rock band, he and his wife used to come hear us all the time.  He worked on my vehicles and painted my Harley Davidson for me years ago.  I went to see him in the hospital about 4 days before he died, we laughed and joked about some times we had but, he was confused at times.  They moved him to the local nursing home here in town on Wed.  I went to see him Wed. evening and he was not responsive.  He was on morphine and he passed away Thursday evening.  I went and visited with his wife yesterday evening.  I had known her for years and went to school with her brother.  Larry was 77.
