Another day 1
Here I sit after another gambling episode...feeling angry, alone, and disappointed. I wanted to write it down so I don't forget these feelings. It's not that I didn't win...I won a lot...but put it right back in and came home with nothing. I wish I could turn back time.

Hey, we\'ve all been there, Bernie. I didn\'t leave the casino until every last dollar was gone whether I won or lost. If I ever did leave with any money I just went back the next day and lost it all then. You\'re not alone...we\'re here for you...keep reaching out and working your recovery.
