Another day, more to deal with.

Not happy from yesterday, but got a nice upcheck for attitude from a new agency I went to. They told me "We see you're quite up on agencies, but we're not those type of agency".. They prefer to get people HIRED by the companies. Not just temping. Talk about a fresh breeze!

Drawback? Yes, they want me to tour a facility, rotational plastics, not something I am keen on...But to be honest, it "Might" be a winner. I refuse to toss it right off the bat. I have worked in jobs of 140º up to 160º during the summer when it was 105º outside (I was 85 feet from a powdercoat furnace) man did I lose weight! I don't know of this place, so am willing to see.

I also got a call from the motels I had charges reversed on. As they cannot now go to my Credit Card Company, they have to deal with me. I did go to them and told them if they'd give me the copies of the receipts, I'd pay them $790 cash for the two weeks. They called me and said "Give us half of it now" I said "Nope, you either do it my way or you're out of cash"

So, we'll see if they try anything. They cannot win in any case. They haul me into court, they have to show the letter I gave them and the judge will rip them a new one for playing games. So, steady progress in getting work and reimbursement. I did feel good enough to hit the homeless day center and took some cookies for them (Walmart 2 boxes of 52 cookies each) so that always makes me feel better.

So today, I am hopeful.....
