ANOTHER DAY IN PAIN!!

Today is August 31, 2009, Feeling like ive been run over about a 100 times buy an 18 wheeler! LOL. Went back to work today after being off for a week, pain is back to where it was before i took that week off, so tired of being sick and tired, pain meds not really working, my body builds a tolerance to any meds i seem to take, even after trying it for the first time! Dont understand where this is coming from. My second day back to work tomorrow, dont know whether im going to make it or not! Seems to be the story of my life anymore, go to work for a little while and then leave when i just cant take it anymore, pain becoming unbearable!! Dont know how much longer i can keep my job, if i keep this up!!
